The Open Society Institute – Sofia, in partnership with the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation and the European Citizen Action Service (ECAS), is seeking an external evaluator for the project “Strengthening the Role of Civil Society Organizations in Bulgaria for the Protection and Promotion of Fundamental European Rights and Values” (ProEUvaluesBG), co-funded by the European Union through the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme.
The project aims to support civil society organizations in Bulgaria through financial assistance, capacity-building, and awareness-raising campaigns.
Profile of the desired evaluator:
- Experience in evaluating EU-funded projects and working with civil society organizations;
- Capacity to conduct both quantitative and qualitative research;
- A team comprising: an evaluator, a data analyst, and a qualitative researcher;
- Excellent command of both Bulgarian and English.
